The following positions are open:

Full Time Floral Apprentice

No prior experience required

Able to commit 5 days a week, including 1 weekend for a 3 month period

Should have a good eye for design and keen interest in floristry

Assist in preparation and fulfilment of daily orders and events

Assist in projects as directed by the Lead Designer

Skills Needed:
Willingness to learn and take direction
Attention to detail
Organisational skills
Class 3 license an added advantage

Part Time Floral Design Assistant

Able to commit at least 3 days a week, including Saturdays, with occasional sundays for events

Should have a good eye for design

Assist with floral arrangement creation under the guidance of the lead designer

Assist in preparation of daily orders, weddings and events

Preparing flowers (cutting, conditioning, and arranging)

Maintaining shop cleanliness and inventory

Support the lead designer during peak times and special events

Skills Needed:
Basic floral design skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Attention to detail
Organisational skills
Class 3 license an added advantage 

Possible conversion to full time position

Part Time Sales and Operations Assistant

No floristry experience required

Able to commit at least 3 days a week, including Saturdays, with occasional sundays for events

Assist in daily sales transactions and customer interactions

Handle deliveries and ensuring timely order fulfilment

Assist with marketing activities (social media, promotions, events)

Perform administrative tasks (emails, order taking, scheduling, inventory management, website maintenance)

Assist in floral preparation when needed

Cross training opportunities available for floral design

Skills Needed:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Basic marketing knowledge
Ability to multitask
Class 3 license an added advantage 

Possible conversion to full time position
